Come! Make me feel loved and needed. Ask me a question. Ask me anything.
But really, ask me about Lord of Runes or Pathfinder Tales in general or something that I want to tell you. For pity’s sake, don’t ask about the bear.

Which minor character in your new book was the most fun to write and why?
Can I persuade you to ask this question over at the AMA? It’ll make the party more fun.

In Lord of Runes, as is usually the case, it’s hard for me to choose which of the secondary characters was most fun to write. Both Zora and Janneke were great fun when I first imagined them, but because of her banter Illyria takes the lead from both of them. Yet even though she has much less dialogue, Kazyah really stuck with me because of her sad backstory.
If I have to make a call, I’m going to say Illyria, with Kazyah a close second.
Would love to see Radovan & The Count adventures on the screen. Any plans or offers to make a TV series or movie? Just got Lord of Runes today, love it, like all the others tales.
I also would love to see them on the big screen, but I think the chances are slim to none.
Still, we can dream, and Gnomatsu has helped us with that.
